Live
An excellent school system, a beautiful shoreline and first-rate public safety organizations are only a few of the wonderful attributes of our community. From million-dollar homes to condominiums to rental units, West Haven is a city for everyone. And you won’t have to look far to find colleges and universities.

Work
West Haven is conveniently located in south-central Connecticut along Interstate 95, between New York City and Boston. Our train station provides plenty of parking and a fast connection to Stamford and New York, as well as the Connecticut shoreline communities.

Play
Strong community groups define West Haven, from the Council on the Arts to the Historical Society. Several theaters are only minutes away, and complete any night out with dinner at one of our many fine restaurants. Bike or walk along our miles of beach on our beautiful boardwalk. You will love our community in all seasons!
