The primary mission of the Office of the Registrar of Voters is to enroll walk-in voters and conduct annual voter canvasses to register qualified voters; to maintain an accurate list of registered voters and keep voting records up to date; to set up polling places and provide voting machines; and to supervise primary and general elections.
