WEST HAVEN, June 20, 2016 — An estimated 100,000 people are expected to flock to the city’s 3 ½-mile shoreline Friday, July 1, to watch the Savin Rock Fireworks Committee launch the region’s largest Independence Day fireworks show at 9 p.m. off Bradley Point.
The rain date is Tuesday, July 5.
Before the display, partygoers can shake, rattle and roll to Top 40 music by Jim Crutchfield and The Navels at the Savin Rock bandstand from 5-9 p.m.
