1. Artist Haven -- Campbell Street After The Haven

   The store fronts along Campbell Street are going to die (in my opinion) after The Haven is developed. If ED Committee start working with artists, holistic healers, yoga instructors, music shop owners, art supply houses, photographers, tattoo artists, spiritual/metaphysical shops, any and all artists to make a "collective", aka The Artist Haven along Campbell, it would be amazing! Perhaps offer incentive to individuals that offer lessons to the youth of West Haven. With the location of the water so near West Haven and the need for Art (all forms) back into our lives, I think my idea is a perfect fit for all! I am not familiar with the process at all regarding the possibility of this idea becoming a reality, however if there is anything I can do to make it a reality, I would be happy to help.

   It would be such a win if the city were able to secure a viable shopping center for the Savin Rock plaza. Perhaps an IGA, Big Y or something to provide residents with an alternative to Stop and Shop....

   It would be such a win if the city were able to secure a viable shopping center for the Savin Rock plaza. Perhaps an IGA, Big Y or something to provide residents with an alternative to Stop and Shop. In addition, this is great real estate to bring in merchants that would appeal to the community. I would be more than happy to help identify and work with the city to help bring vibrancy to our town. Many of the businesses seems quite stagnant and overall the area is void of curb appeal.

   Why Bridgeport and Enfield? Bring the casino here /bring tourists with upscale restaurants, local deep sea fishing charters, exclusive hotels and bring affluent people to spend money in our town
